You are not on your own.

Once you obtain the TICO certification which is included in your Business Start-up Fee, you will then be enrolled in an orientation session tailored to your individual knowledge of the travel industry. From there, we offer you full support from the start-up phase straight to operation and profitability. We arm you with extensive knowledge of the travel industry’s products and services to successfully manage productivity and increase profits. Your success is our success.

 

When you launch your home-based travel agency with Cruise Holiday select you will receive exclusive access to:

  • One-to-one training on Agent Mate- an online CRM tool to help you manage your sales, billing and clients.

COMMISSIONS

Our mission is to maximize your earning potential. We hate excess fees just as much as you do. This is why regardless of whether you join our team as a first time or seasoned professional, or a full or part-time agent- we never charge unjustly fees. Instead, we reward you with some of the highest commission rates in the industry. We provide our agents the following commission benefits:

  • No monthly fees

  • Earn 70% commission with the potential to increase it to 100%* 

  • Get paid monthly with complete booking and detailed sales reports

  • Receive complimentary access to consortium affiliations, who negotiate the highest commissions for agents and amenities for our clients

  • Earn high commissions with the industry’s leading cruise, air and land suppliers

  • Free access to office space for client meetings

  • Negotiable business start-up fee discussed during the in-person interview

*Based on yearly sales. Does not reflect the details of the Independent Contractor Agreement. Splits are based on commission. Recalculations once per year, based on trailing 12 months revenue, with one month to implement. Calculations based on January-December revenue.

MARKETING

Marketing is crucial to successfully build your branding, expand your clientele and maximize profitability. As our agent we give you ample support and resources in-house to help them flourish with ease. Whether your channel is social media, digital or traditional marketing channels, we support and assist throughout the entire marketing strategy.

 

  • You will increase your visibility and marketing success by:

  • Generating leads through your individual profile on the Travel Leaders national website and local agent profiler.

  • Run individualized social media promotions.

  • Accessing consumer demographics through campaigns hosted by suppliers.

  • Enticing clients by offering exclusive amenities, perks and competitive group rates through suppliers.

  • Gaining exclusive access to Travel Leaders comprehensive marketing resources, the Cruise Holiday Select website and incorporated email marketing resources and agency-organized cruise nights.

  • Receiving assistance from Management to set-up group promotions.
